Required Documents

• Past two (2) years W-2 statements
• Your most recent consecutive Pay Stubs covering 30 days minimum 
• Two most recent monthly bank statements, stock and/or mutual fund statements
• Copy of the agreement of sale, if purchasing 
• If divorced...a fully executed divorce decree
• For a refinance...copy of your most recent mortgage statement and evidence of annual proptey taxes and homeowners insurance amounts
• Name and phone number of your home woners insurance agent

• For self employed borrowers, employed in sales, paid by commission, or owns rental real estate:

• Two (2) years signed personal tax returns - including all schedules
• If self-employed through a corporation, last two years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
